What sets One More Noodle apart is not just the food, but the hospitality. Many reviews highlight the staff's attentiveness and warmth, enhancing the overall dining experience. Zachary C. and Kylie S. both noted the friendly service and informative staff who are always ready to guide you through the menu and explain the various sauces available.
While the ambiance may suffer slightly from a mix of aromas typical of a tea house—sugar and savory broth intertwining, as Emma C. puts it—what awaits you in terms of flavor more than compensates for any olfactory distractions. This eclectic blend forms a backdrop to your meal, making every slurp of those delightful noodles more satisfying.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance : 4/5 The store front says Volcano tea house and I wouldn't typically get beef noodle soup at a boba place but I'm glad I gave it a try! Authentic spot for beef noodle soup. They have the lighter cleaner soup style. The brisket was so tender and they gave a decent amount of meat. I didn't even realize I was craving milk tea when this spot popped up on the list of restaurants. The staff checked on me multiple times and explained the sauces. Initially upon entering you may notice a weird smell..that would be my only complaint for this spot.

Wish I could give 4.5 stars! Food was SOOOOO GOOD, actually caught me off guard because it didn't look spectacular and the menu/pictures did not do it justice. But the noodles and broth were super yummy! The staff were fairly friendly as well. Try the hand-pulled noodles! Only had to take off a star because there was an unappealing smell inside the restaurant and parts of it looked like it could use some updating or a refresh.

The inhouse hand made noodles are sooo delicious and the service is excellent. We also had chive dumplings, both pan fried and steamed and bauzi, all were very delicious. This place is clean and ambiance is great. Would definitely go again.

It's definitely a bit surprising because it's located at a boba tea shop. It makes for a funky smell in the place with the sugar milk tea and the broth steam in the air. Because all orders are at the counter, it was a bit of a wait. However, I was pleasantly surprised - the noodles were perfectly cooked and I liked the difference in texture due to the shaved noodles. The soup itself was very comforting for the cold weather and the meat was so tender.

The food here was super yummy and everything was made to order. I especially loved the crispy pork chop and the beef shank. The noodles had a good chew even 40 minutes later since I got takeout and they were perfect with just a little bit of chili oil. The sign outside says volcano tea house, so it's a bit tricky to find. You can also get bubble tea and other snacks here.

I'll take many more noodles from here! It's located in the same place as the tea shop but has some signs up. We were warmly greeted and told to grab a seat. We were handed two menus, one for one more noodle and one for the tea shop. The first things up were the beef shank hand cut noodles. Yummy, the Szechuan peppercorns and beef sang in my mouth 5/5. Next up were some pan fried dumplings, might have been my favorite thing we got 6/5. The last thing that we got was the popcorn chicken, it was pretty good but needed a sauce. The person helming the place gave us a sweet and spicy sauce and that really elevated the chicken 4/5. Since we got a tea menu, we had to order something and so we got a coffee slushy, it was sweet and hit the spot! It's definitely on our radar when we're in the area. The prices were great and the service was out of this world, a hidden gem!

When trying to look for this place, I was under the impression it was called One More Noodle. I believe they used to be but they changed their name to Volcano Tea House. The place is a little hard to find since it's off to the side but it's definitely worth a visit! I got the dry stir-fried shaven noodles with beef brisket (highly recommend), popcorn chicken, and a taro milk tea for under $25 which is honestly a good price. The staff were also really nice and friendly as well. I went when it was a little quiet and the owner took the time to talk to me. Very sweet woman and she told me that their noodles are made very healthy with no additives other than salt. Would recommend if you're in the area!
